RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags still attached within 14 days of the delivery of your order for a full refund. Items must be free of stains, deodorant or wear.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense.

 All shipping charges including regular shipping and expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable. Your original shipping cost will not be reimbursed unless the item was delivered defective and/or damaged.

Please note that we do track the number of returns made by customers and excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our sole discretion.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Step 1:  Email us at:  rrclinton1@outlook.com  Tell us why you are returning the item(s). 

Step 2:  Package the Mad Man Teez invoice relating to your return and the item(s) and send to:

You can use any shipper you like (i.e USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, etc.), but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Mad Man Teez cannot be responsible and do not accept liability for lost return shipments. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

REFUNDS 

 Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.  It may be possible for you to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned item(s).

Please note that refunds can take up to 10-30 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
